Trademark list provides the uses of certain trademark and service marks. These lists are not an exhaustive list of the registered or common law trademarks or service marks.
Trademark list is a process of listing out of the trademark application that has been filed by the trademark office under the trademark law. These lists provide information of which companies have been filed under which year and various other details. These lists also provide information about the trademark infringement and also proceedings that need to be carried out due to infringement of one person with the third person.
Trademark list updates the time to time the changes made in the trademark registration. The list can be used for any trademark by including the correct attribution statement with reference to the respective trademark. In the attribution statement, the placeholder phrase can be replaced by the names of the company trademark or contained in a company offering name can be mentioned in the material. This statement can be placed either in a copyrighted page or at the end of the material if the page is not copyrighted with the help of the trademark list.
